Damiani necklace in 18 kt yellow gold, 25.6 grams, with a 0.146 ct brilliant cut diamond. The choker's mesh is made up of semi-rigid bars with a glossy finish and the central has small parts in 18 kt rose and white gold from where the diamond drop then descends.
