When can you return the purchased products?

You can return your purchase without giving us any particular reasons, you must make sure you meet these conditions:

• The product must be like new, with no signs of wear resulting from its use
• You must have the original box and the guarantee (if provided by the manufacturer)
• It does not have to be a personalized product, engraved, made to measure. etc
• Wedding rings cannot be returned, but they can be tailored
• You must have received it within 30 days

How can you return your purchase?

Log in to your account and send an e-mail using the form you find on the order summary page
If you are not registered on the site, send us an email to Resi@gulinogioelli.com indicating the order number and the product or products you want to return.

Returning your purchase has a cost of 7 Euro (which will be deducted from your refund) by courier sent directly by us to your home or wherever you prefer
