Shipping costs

Shipping is free for Italy. For abroad the shipping costs vary according to the country and will be visible on the checkout page. The couriers chosen are GLS for Italy and DHL for abroad.

Delivery times

From the moment we entrust your order to the courier, the package will be delivered in about 24/48 working hours for most Italian cities and in about 72 working hours for Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, Islands and remote locations.

These times may vary for reasons beyond our control such as strikes and bad weather and at certain times of the year (Easter, Christmas, Black Friday).

Tracking the shipment

From the moment your shipment is entrusted to the courier, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking code in order to track the status of the shipment online.
